Savings Loans Association (SLA) is a local organization registered with the local non profit sector in Zambia. Established and managed by a group of women, the organization provides direct support to households impacted by chronic poverty, HIV/AIDS and food insecurity affecting women's livelihoods.

Mr. Wilson Ngosa, is the new face at SLA.He joins the organization as the first employee. Mr. Ngosa will be SLA's Volunteer- Program Manger.Prior to joining SLA, Mr.Ngosa worked with Fwilia Development Trust, a community based rural project in Mkushi, Central Province. Mr. Ngosa joins SLA with a wealth of experience woking with women groups,Participatory Methodologies,sustainable livelihoods an agriculture, facilitation skills, flnancial Managmnt and HIV/AIDS programs.He has a diploma in NGO managemnt, Agriculture and micro enterprise from the newly established University in Kabwe (former PCC).
